1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after Friday 8h PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email.

2. International Shipping

  • We currently do offer international shipping.
  • If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Customs processing times may cause delays, and we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please notify us within 2 days, and we will assist with a claim.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or restricted regions.
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal limitations in certain locations.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or stop delivery.
